Job Description: Job Handyman
Starting pay rate: $20.00 hourly
The Handyman will have direct responsibility working with Customers Maintenance Department. A handyman provides numerous services in a variety of areas, including general maintenance and cleaning, plumbing, electrical, carpentry, masonry and renovations. For example, a handyman might dispose of trash, replace light bulbs, tighten cabinetry or appliance hardware, fix leaky pipes, clean drains, test wiring, replace windows, touch-up painted surfaces, fix broken tile, assemble furniture, clean a building exterior and gutters, remove leaves, fallen branches or other debris from walkways.

Housekeeping Expectations:
- Perform housekeeping duties dally.
- Provide assistance to keep assigned area within housekeeping requirements.
